Buffet
Our team arrives with all menu items fully prepared and ready for service. We provide professional buffet setup, attentive monitoring and restocking throughout the service window, and post-event buffet cleanup, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
Please note:
• Our team does not serve food directly to guests or clear individual plates
• High-quality disposable plates and cutlery are included in full service catering. It is available for drop off catering for an additional charge.
At Mama G’s Catering, every event is thoughtfully planned and executed with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional quality.
A service charge is applied to all catering orders to support menu planning, culinary preparation, logistics, coordination, and the behind-the-scenes work that ensures a seamless experience. Full-service events include a higher service charge to reflect the additional level of on-site service, staffing oversight, and event coordination required.
Professional service staff are provided for full-service events to ensure attentive, polished service throughout your celebration. Staffing levels and hourly rates are thoughtfully determined based on guest count and event needs and are outlined clearly in your custom proposal.
Service charges are not gratuities.
Drop Off
All food is prepared in advance and dropped off prior to your event in disposable containers, served hot or cold depending on the menu item. We can provide disposable wire chafer trays & fuel to keep the food warm if needed for an additional fee.
Set-Up is an additional $100
Delivery Fee:
$30 within a 10 mile radius
$50 within a 30 mile radius
$100 within a 60 mile radius

Weekly Meals
Enjoy fresh, home-cooked breakfasts, lunches, and dinners offered weekly.
Choose how many meals you’d like each week — there’s no minimum or limit.
Meals are prepared from scratch, packaged family-style when applicable, and delivered cold and ready to reheat. Menus rotate weekly and are curated by Mama G’s Catering, with dietary preferences taken into consideration.
